GFA Consulting Group

The GFA is Sasa Harmebee's newest partner aiding in the growth and development of the farming program. Every year, GFA carries out around 300 projects and studies around the world. Leading development agencies, ministries, and public clients have entrusted GFA with helping them to manage projects financed through bilateral and multilateral funds. Working in cooperation with stakeholders in government, the private sector, NGOs and citizens’ groups, GFA balances innovation and reliability to meet specialized needs.

ICIPE

icipe's mission is to help alleviate poverty, ensure food security, and improve the overall health status of peoples of the tropics by developing and extending management tools and strategies for harmful and useful arthropods, while preserving the natural resource base through research and capacity building.

Ugunja Development Initiative (UDI)

Ugunja Development Initiative (UDI) is a youth-led community based organization that was founded and registered in 2016 in Ugunja-Siaya County.

Vision

a society that is well informed, proactive and where everyone has equal access to quality education, healthcare, food, shelter and opportunities despite their life status.

Mission;

transform lifestyles of underprivileged communities by developing their capacity to utilize available resources and contribute towards their own development.

Goal;

contribute in improving the living standard of the vulnerable communities of siaya county- Kenya through community mobilization, capacity building, advocacy & strengthening of institutions at the grass root level.

Through funding and partnership with Rotary International, Sasa Harambee & Utumishi Rotary club of Nairobi; UDI is currently implementing a school health club pilot project in twenty-two schools of Ugunja sub county. The project aims at empowering the adolescents and youths to make informed decisions and build their leadership capacities through school health club model.
